Launched a calendar for 2010 with floral collections from UK and India.
24th and 25th of April 2010
Our first event "Photogreen" took place at Jaaga~ Common creative ground, Bangalore, India. We invited photographers to bring in photos on themes such as environment/ wildlife/ nature to be exhibited at the venue.This was followed by an open house to discuss upon pressing environmental issues and an art workshop to paint a large canvas which was donated to Jaaga as token of appreciation for helping us organising the event.
5th June 2010- World Environment Day
Second event took place at Alliance Francaise de Bangalore on the 5th of June. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Nino Ciccarone, Director, Alliance Française, in a lamp-lighting ceremony held at 11 am on the 5th of June.
A group of photographers, travel/blogging enthusiasts, amateurs in Bangalore India have compiled photos on environment/wildlife/nature to exhibit at Alliance Francaise in conjunction with World Environment Day which falls on 5th of June.Photographers and artists from across the country and beyond have exhibited their work for the cause of environment conservation. The photos exhibited here reflect concern for the environment, especially highlighting the exploitative way in which human beings lead their lives today. From the irony of captivated animals in the zoo, to the contrast between the vastness of nature and man, to wastes of modern life, to the serenity of nature, to the beautiful landscapes of Ladakh, Kashmir and Colombo -- the photographs conveyed all.
The event has had a healthy turnout of visitors and all have expressed joy over the beauty of nature and concern for the way humankind is ignoring the environment for short-term benefits.

Tree Plantation drive at BTM Lake August 15th 2010.
The Forest Department Office Mr. Ganesh inaugurated the drive by planting a mango tree, followed by the group planting fruit bearing trees such as Guava, Cherry, Sapota, Pomegranate, Custard apple and coffee.
